Online Passport Appointment System - Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Pretoria

To make your passport application appointment online, please follow the following procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.

Please note:

• You must book a separate appointment for each person. This also applies to family members.

To change or cancel an appointment, please do the following:

• Send an e-mail to pre-ca@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, surname and time of appointment.
• After receiving a reply that your appointment was cancelled, you can make a new one.
